We are an exclusive oceanfront polo field located on Oahu’s beautiful North Shore, between the majestic Waianae mountain range and clear waters of the Pacific Ocean, creating the ideal blend of natural beauty and upscale style for your special occasion. Our venue can accommodate a range of events from small, intimate gatherings and ceremonies to large, extravagant occasions. Hawaii Polo Club is a fully functioning horse farm and our polo field is used for polo matches every Sunday between April and the first week of September. We also have popular ocean trail rides daily throughout the year. Wedding couples can add a photo shoot option with a horse. The natural beauty of our venue offers the ideal backdrop for your picture perfect day. We have a semi-private beach, extensive grass area with exceptional ocean views and lush tropical landscaping. All of our breathtaking surroundings are sure to make your dream day become your reality. We are one of the very few wedding venues on Oahu where couples can have a beach ceremony with an arch and chairs. We host all types of events such as birthday parties, graduation parties, Sweet 16 parties, film festivals, corporate gatherings, fundraiser events, military galas, etc. The basic venue fee includes a 30' x 40' tent with lights, a dance floor, a bar structure, 20 round tables, 6 rectangle tables, a trailer bathroom, clubhouse with kitchen, a polo field, a beach access, a grassy area where food trucks can park. We also have other rentable options such as folding chairs, lawn games, dance floor lights, etc. Venue fees vary depending on the guest count, the rental hours, and the event type.
