The large open space at the heart of our building has a mounted LCD monitor for HDMI connection. A 10 foot screen in our Flex space can mirror the presentation in Hub space for larger groups. You can make use of the round tables and counter seating, or arrange it auditorium-style. We can help you arrange catering for your event.
We also have plenty of convenient parking options nearby! There’s limited free, 2-hour street parking, plus several free lots within a short walk—including a covered garage at 5th and Franklin Ave. For the closest spot, there’s a paid lot right across the street, where you can get a discount of $7.50/day with our VIP code 25NDAILY.

Access to a usable freight elevator is included with your booking and it is ADA accessible.
