Private/Secluded lower level event space + optional add-on outdoor patio space. Located just off highway 78 in Vista in our beautiful Spanish-style building. Accommodates 45 guests and offers:
· 800 feet of indoor space. There are stairs leading down to entrance.
· Optional add-on outdoor patio space; 16ft x 32ft.
· Private entrance with lovely and comfortable furnished lobby.
· Kitchen equipped with large sink, plenty of counter space, microwave, and some silverware.
· Restroom.
· Folding Chairs + Tables, Table covers (each available upon request).
· Conveniently located just off Hwy 78 @ Emerald Dr.
· WiFi.
· FREE On-Site Parking; street + parking lot.
Receive a 20% discount for renting 8+ hours. $85.00 per hour + $25 cleaning fee (or $65 if food present) + $100 security deposit.
No smoke, fire, cooking (other than use of microwave), pets (service animals are allowed with prior approval), or illegal products/activity; All local laws must be followed.
No glitter, confetti, slime or play dough: $100 added cleaning fee charged if any is found.
Maximum 45 people allowed at once.
No loitering or hanging out in front of the building.
Decorations, balloons, and signage is not allowed in front of the building without prior approval.
The room with "employees only" sign on door, near restroom, may NOT be entered or used. Do not tamper with the sign on the door.
Any food/drink with a strong smell that may cause a nuisance to any neighboring persons/rooms is not allowed.
Alcohol is allowed in the space based on prior approval and proof of alcohol insurance policy provided to us prior to rental date.
Security cameras and recording devices. Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing
rooms are prohibited.
Thermostat is NOT to be used/tampered with.
CLEANING: Fee of $25 ($65 if food present) is due along with rent, to cover costs for vacuuming, dusting deep cleaning. You’re expected to leave the space in the same condition as you found it in, tidy up. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items are to be placed on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages and/or Stains (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be covered using (some or all of) your deposit.
KEY: We will provide a code to you which you’ll use to open the lock box to obtain the key for the rental space at the start time of the rental period. The entrance door to the space must be securely locked, the key must be placed back into the lock box by the end of your rental time, and the box must be locked by scrambling the numbers well to ensure the access code is not displayed. Failure to lock the door or lock the key in the lock box will result in a $150 fine if there's no evidence of an unauthorized person entering the space after your use, or $500 if there is evidence of an unauthorized person entering the space after you
DEPOSIT: A security deposit of $100 is required 48 business hours before the start date of the rental, and will be returned after the end of your lease period if it is determined that you fulfilled all agreements.
OVERTIME will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end of your rental time. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
CANCELLATION POLICY: You may cancel your rental until 14 days before the rental start time and will receive a full refund (including fees, except bank/transaction fees) of your rental price. You may cancel your booking between 13 days and 2 days before the rental start time and receive a 50% refund (including fees, except bank/transaction fees) of your rental price. Cancellations submitted less than 48 hours before the rental start time are non-refundable.
