Rental fee includes set-up/break-down of tables and chairs by Piper's Opera House - linens not included. Requested $100 reservation fee to hold date - this amount will go towards final rental fee. Additional security deposit of $500 requested 30 days in advance (refundable). Additional hours over 8 will be $100/hour. The rental time of 8 hours includes time for set-up/clean-up by client.

If the event is a wedding, we will include one hour for rehearsal the day before, assuming no other event is booked.
