As a day-of wedding/Event coordinator, we will work closely with you to ensure that your wedding day runs smoothly and according to plan. This package is designed for couples who have already made the majority of their wedding arrangements but need assistance in executing their vision on the day of the event. We will be your point of contact on the day of your wedding, handling all the logistics and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
Forever Loves Wedding & Event Planning LLC is a fully licensed & insured company up to $1,000,000 for each event & wedding. We can assure you that you will have a fun & stress-free experience one month before the wedding. We are accredited by the better business bureau.
1. Initial Consultation: We will have an initial consultation to discuss your wedding and/or event plans, including your vision, timeline, and any specific requirements or preferences you have for your special day.
2. One free hour Wedding Planning Meeting (every additional wedding planning meeting is additional $50 Hour)
These meetings are to assist you in your wedding planning journey. These meetings are for us to help you in any way we can.

3. Venue Visit: We will visit your chosen wedding venue to familiarize ourself with the layout, available amenities, and any specific rules or regulations that need to be followed.
4. Final Timeline Creation: Based on our discussions and your input, we will create a detailed timeline for your wedding day, ensuring that all events and activities are coordinated seamlessly.
5. Final Blueprint Creation: We will help guide you to put the floor plan together and go over how you want your centerpieces and décor to be set up the day of the wedding.

7. Vendor Coordination: I will reach out to your vendors, including the caterer, florist, DJ, photographer, and others, to confirm their arrival times, setup requirements, and any other necessary details. I will be the point of contact for the vendors on the day of the wedding, ensuring that everything is in place and runs smoothly.
8. Rehearsal Attendance: I will attend your wedding rehearsal to coordinate the processional, recessional, and any other elements that require timing and coordination.
9. Wedding Day Coordination: On the day of your wedding, I will be present from the setup to the tear-down to ensure that everything runs smoothly. This includes full setup/breakdown of the ceremony and reception areas, coordinating with vendors, managing the timeline, and addressing any unforeseen issues.

35% (Nonrefundable) Deposit is Required to reserve you date.
65% Remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event.
3.d Cancellation Policy
If event is canceled, no portion of the fees paid to consultant will be returned. If event is canceled less than 6 months before date, 2nd payment will be required to compensate for hours of service already rendered and loss of event date. If the event is postponed, services contracted can be applied to a new date if available (refer to Postponement Policy).
3.e Postponement Policy
If event is postponed, all services will cease at time of notification of postponement if no determined new date is provided. Payment schedule will be determined and readjusted post new event date notification. If client requires services to resume, post new event date being established, second payment will be required at time-of-service re-start.
The peace of mind wedding package is a Partial Wedding Planning Service that will help you keep you mind at ease. Our Wedding Planner(s) will help your planning process much closer to the wedding day once a couple has done a lot of the leg work planning their wedding already. When it comes to the Wedding day our day of wedding coordinator(s) will take care of all of the preparations.

How we do Payments: We very flexible on payments for clients, to make it as convent as possible.
Payment Option 1: 50% of your invoice to start the planning process & 2nd 50% due 60 days before the wedding day
Payment Option 2: 35% of your invoice to start the planning process & 2nd 65% due 60 days before the wedding day
Payment Option 3:
• 1st payment of 35% of your invoice to start the planning process.
• 2nd 35% due 120 days due before the wedding day
• 2nd 30% due 60 days due before the wedding day
Payment Option 4:
12 equal monthly payments
