-Client’s decor cannot make any mark or damage to the walls of the barn (no nails, glue, tape, staples, etc.) command strips are approved.
-NO LIVE FLAMES - LED candles only. NO BALLOONS, no loose glitter, loose faux flower petals, rice, or other inorganic items can be used.
-Client must have ABC license if bringing alcohol onsite - provided to farm owners.
-Catering - No kitchen access, no ice machine/refrigerator available, garden hose available for rinsing only, no cooking grills or open flames permitted on property. Candles for cake permitted under supervision of onsite manager
-Trash removal is responsibility of client
-Smoking is only permitted at the designated smoking area
-Client and guest must respect the posted speed limit on the farm of 7mph
-Client must obtain one-day event insurance with a 1-million-dollar liability minimum
-Balance paid 14 days prior to event date
This price includes exclusive all-day rental of the entire property for the day of your wedding, including your choice of ceremony site, and barn and barn lawn for your cocktail hour and reception. Venue rental package include everything you need for a beautiful ceremony: an arbor with fabric adornment, 100 white folding ceremony chairs, hay bales for decoration, and a hay wagon ride to carry your guests to and from the North and South Point ceremony sites.
For your cocktail hour and reception the barn cleaned and sanitized, and the stalls can be used for buffet stations, photo booth setups, cake displays, and more! You can choose a tented or open air option on the lawn, and brides love to throw their bouquet from our hay loft onto the dance floor! We also provide parking for 250, a designated smoking area, and we light the fire pit as the sun goes down for your guests to enjoy.
