Founded in 1998 by Mina Ebrahimi, Saint Germain Catering started as a corporate catering company servicing the Tysons Corner, VA market. As our reputation for superior service and high-quality food became known among the area’s top Fortune 500 companies, clients began requesting Mina to coordinate and cater their family’s anniversary parties, Bat Mitzvahs, weddings and special celebratory events. Today, Saint Germain Catering is the largest woman-owned catering company in the country. We manage up to 200 events per day and serve more than 7,000 people each day throughout Washington, DC, Maryland and Virginia. Our versatile menu offerings include cuisine from all around the world with a focus on incorporating locally farmed meat, cheese and produce into our fresh and healthy dishes.
