We base pricing on number of people since for small weddings we understand that you are watching your budget and there is less work and staffing, so we’d like to help keep pricing down. Note that our winery spaces are best suited for weddings under 200 people.
Reserving your date:
$250 reservation deposit to lock in your date. This goes towards your balance. Fully refundable for two weeks, after that, non-refundable.
As the person renting our facility, you are responsible for damage or items that are taken. Tables must be cleaned off and trash must be picked up including flower pedals thrown on the ground, and areas swept clean. $30/ man hour will be charged for us to clean up after you. No food or grease is allowed to be put in our kitchen sink - clogged sink costs will be charged. We will handle mopping the floor wiping surfaces and removing garbage bags. Note that our goal is to never keep a damage deposit but we need it for insurance.
Rental cost:
$12/person (minimum $600) Please designate someone from your party to count with us so we agree. The number of people must be estimated from your RSVPs at least two weeks prior to the event.
Rental balance is to be paid in full at least two weeks prior to the event based on RSVP count. If the number attending exceeds this on the day of the event, based on a count at the event, $12 additional/person will be due that day. If fewer people show up than the original RSVP count, there are no refunds, however, if there are more than the estimate, additional payment is due.
Minimum drinks tab required is $2.00/per person (includes all drinks). Example: 100 people = $200 drinks. Drinks can be wine, beer, soft drinks, bottled water, iced tea, lemonade. This is a minimum, most weddings purchase more. No outside beverages of any kind are allowed on our property at any time – beverages are our business and therefore must be purchased from us.
