We have ceremonies and receptions at both of our venues:
- The Springwood Manor with its magnificent Glass Atrium and vaulted-ceiling Pavilion
- The Villa at Springwood with its spectacular waterfalls and covered bridge.
The minimum number of guests at Springwood Manor on a Saturday is 100 (except in winter months); smaller receptions (<100) are typically held at the Villa at Springwood.
At the Manor, our ceremony package includes:
• one of three outdoor ceremony locations [Gazebo, Stone Patio, Garden Square] along with the vaulted ceiling pavilion as a rain plan
• White, wooden padded chairs are set up and taken down along with a small table with linen, which is usually used for unity candle, sand ceremony, etc.
• We include a rehearsal, bride & groom pre-ceremony rooms, music for the ceremony and a hand-held microphone and stand.
• The bridal party can arrive an hour before the ceremony to assist bride with dress (hair and makeup must be done before arrival).
• There is also an event coordinator and a person to handle music for the ceremony and rehearsal. [The couple chooses music selections and we execute those selections.]
Reception packages at the Manor are pretty inclusive, so it is easier to tell you what is not included. We typically include most requirements for receptions with the exception of:
• Alcohol – We include bar, bartenders, mixers, soft drinks, lemons, limes, cherries, beverage napkins, ice and other accoutrements of the bar. The client just brings whatever alcohol they want us to serve…beer, wine, champagne, etc. We do not serve shots at any time, nor do we permit energy drinks. There is no corking fee.
• Cake – no cake cutting fee
• DJ or Band although we have an in-house sound system that we use for ceremony sites, cocktail hour on the deck, dinner, and as background music for those who are not dancing during the reception.
• Photographer
Reception packages at the Manor (5 hours starting after the ceremony; minimum 100) vary in price primarily based on the centerpieces included and the menu selections made.
The price per person includes:
• The entire facility (Century-old stone estate, Glass Atrium, Pavilion, rear deck and grounds with no separate facility fee)
• Hors d’oeuvres & dinner (onsite chef & wait staff)
• Tables, Chivari padded chairs, linen, centerpieces
• China, flatware, water goblets, stemware, barware, bar & bartenders
• Additional dance floor in pavilion, sound system
• On-site event managers
• Framed guest table numbers
• DJ table with linen, gift table & bird cage cardholder
• Cake table with linen
Dinner is typically in the Glass Atrium, with additional seating in the Pavilion where most couples choose to dance. (Full catering services are provided in our packages)
