Penthouse Booking Terms and Conditions
Capacity:
The Penthouse can host up to 49 guests.
Payment Options:
Payment may be made via credit card authorization or ACH transfer.
Cancellation Policy:
Full Refund: Guests may cancel their booking up to 30 days prior to the event start time to receive a full refund, including all associated fees.
Partial Refund: For cancellations made between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time, guests will receive a 50% refund of the booking price, excluding any fees.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event start time are non-refundable.
Special Consideration: Bookings made within 30 days of the event start time are eligible for a 50% refund, excluding fees, if canceled at least 7 days before the event. Otherwise, these bookings are non-refundable.
Additional Fees:
Guests may incur additional fees based on their use of the space or various services, including but not limited to:
Overtime Fees: If the usage of the space exceeds the agreed-upon time limits, additional fees will be charged based on the hourly rate of the space. These fees may be calculated at one to one-and-a-half times the scheduled rate, determined by the Host, and will be billed in 30-minute increments.
Over Capacity Fees: Should the number of attendees materially exceed the agreed limit, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to impose an additional charge for excessive use of the space.
Damages and Additional Costs: In the event of damage to the space or its contents, misuse of the space or vendor services, excessive waste requiring additional disposal services, violations of the booking agreement or community guidelines, or any other breaches, additional costs may be assessed.
