PAYMENT A signed copy of this contract and the Deposit is set forth on the proposal and is due within 5 days from your sent proposal. Updated: 10/26/2023 of the proposal date. The Balance set forth on the proposal will be based upon the guaranteed number of guests, reflecting any modifications of original proposal, and is due no less than seven (7) business days prior to the event date. Should payment not be received within the designated time, Paloma reserves the right to cancel the event and retain the deposit. Please note that credit card payments may show Tres Tigres, Tres Tigres Venice Llc , or Paloma. A Credit Card Transaction Charge in the amount of three percent (3%) of the total Catering Proposal cost will be added to the Catering Proposal cost when payment is made by a credit card. Any Additional Charges incurred during the event will be paid, and must be received by Paloma within 7 days from the event date via credit card, check, cash or wire transfer. In the event that additional food, beverage or other services are provided at the request of the Client, these charges will become due under this contract, even though not specifically provided for herein.Paloma requires that a credit card authorization form be filled out, signed and returned seven (7) days prior to the event, to be kept on file for the above mentioned purposes. If payment for the Additional Charges is not received by Paloma in cash, check or via wire transfer, within 7 days from the conclusion of the event, then the credit card on file will be charged for the Additional Charge
