At This World's Ours Centre, we believe families have the right to access professional and quality services for their families. We also believe it is valuable to have as many services under one roof. Our service providers contract the space from us and are responsible for their license and insurance. We take care of all bookings and payments.

We have 2 smaller offices that are suitable for 2-4 people and 1 meeting room that can hold 6-8 comfortably and 10 maximum. We offer discounted prices for meetings between 9am - 3pm on weekdays.
Rent out our main program space and kitchen for your event, photoshoot or meeting. Available at a reduced rate ($150/hr) during the week from 9am - 3pm.

All decorations must be supplied by the party host (Scotch tape cannot be used to put up decorations)
The host is allowed to arrive 30 mins early for set-up
An additional fee of $100 will be charged if the party is not wrapped up at the designated time.
Rent our beautiful space for your private event. Adult birthdays, professional workshops, and book clubs are just a few private event ideas our space is well-suited for.
This includes access to our program & activity space, the gym, sensory area, and our fully equipped kitchen, complete with fridge, oven, microwave, dishware, and cutlery. There will also be one staff member on-site for assistance throughout the event.

Cancellation.
By Client. Client may cancel this Agreement at any time. If Client cancels up to 14
days prior to the Event Date, it will be entitled to a full refund. If Client cancels between
7 and up to 14 days prior to the Event Date, it will be entitled to a fifty percent
(50%) refund. If Client cancels less than 7 days prior to the Event Date, it will not be
entitled to a refund.
By Business. The Business may cancel this Agreement at any time. If the Business
cancels, it must provide 100% refund to the client. This would only be done if there were
safety concerns brought up regarding the event, or there is a major concern at the
Business that inhibits them to open to the public.
