Terms and Conditions
Booking Deposit:
In order to secure your booking, we require a $500 non-refundable deposit. The deposit will be used towards the balance of your event. In the case of a cancellation prior to 14 days before the date of the booking, the deposit will not be refunded, but can be used towards an agreed upon date within 90 days of the original booking date.
Cancellations within 2 weeks (14 days) of the event date will not be accommodated for a date adjustment and will not be refunded.
Minimum Spend Requirements:
For hosted bookings (host paying for all services), we require a minimum expenditure to be met. For weekdays, the minimum sales requirement is $1,000 for weekends, the minimum is $2,000.
Throughout the event, our team will track the number of brownies and drinks ordered, and will base final payment on the items following the event
Payment Schedule:
Your deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your date. 14 days prior to your event, we require a prepayment based on your estimated guest count or your specified minimum expenditure (depending on the event). Following your event, once all costs have been reconciled, a final detailed bill will be provided with the breakdown and balance owing or standing, at which time a final payment will be due, or a refund will be processed.
Should you not meet your outlined minimum expenditure with the sales incurred on the date of your event, no refund will be issued, the minimum spend will be considered the final total.
Location and Timing Details:
A confirmed location is required 14 days prior to the event with detailed instructions as to where we are to set up and the duration of service you wish us to provide (please note, there may be strict time periods for service times).
Our team will arrive 1 (one) hour prior to the requested service start time to ensure we are set up for the service period, please ensure this is approved by the appropriate venue coordinator/liaison.
Product Offerings:
We will do our best to accommodate specific flavour requests for the brownies, providing we are given the order preferences in advance (no later than 7 days prior to the function). Brownie flavours and beverage varieties are subject to change based on supply and availability. Should you wish to have specific offerings for beverages and/or brownies, please contact us in a timely fashion.
A selection of specialty seasonal drinks may be available for your event - please confirm with our team at the time of booking or before your prepayment to confirm menu items.
Pricing:
An estimate may be provided upon request. Estimates do not reflect the final price. Pricing confirmations will be made at the time of booking. Prices quoted are subject to change.
Service Fees:
For all contracted events, an 18% Service Fee is added to the final invoice. This Service fee is added to all Food and Beverage services and offerings. Please note, the Service Fee is subject to GST.
