Price Package Terms & Conditions - Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made at least 14 days before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 7 to 13 days before the event will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable. However, we are happy to discuss rescheduling options. - Payment Methods We accept payments via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX), cash. Please ensure the payment method is confirmed at the time of booking. - Payment Due Date A 50% deposit is required upon booking to secure the venue. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event date. If the event is booked within 7 days of the event date, the full payment is required at the time of booking. - Special Offers & Discounts Long-Term Booking Discount: We offer discounted rates for clients who make multiple or long-term bookings. Contact us for more details on our long-term rental packages. Student Discount: A 10% discount is available for students with valid student ID. This applies to any event, including parties, graduation celebrations, or study groups. Corporate Offers: Special rates are available for corporate clients hosting regular meetings, team-building events, or company celebrations. Please inquire about our corporate packages.
