History PourBoy was founded in 2003. We have handled parties of all sizes – from as small as 8 guests to large events of 500 people. RESERVATIONS, FEES AND CANCELLATIONS: The fee due at signing is non-refundable. Bacchus Bartending reserves the right to delay services until all payments are met. Cancellations must be in writing, sent by certified mail or personally delivered to Bacchus Bartending personnel. The cancellation fee is the fee due at signing. Client agrees the fee due at signing is not transferable to any other date or location once this contract is fully executed. Client agrees that a date or location change constitutes a new booking and a new contract and new fee due at signing will be required. EVENT AGENDA: An event agenda will be formed. The event agenda will include the number of invitees and inventory of alcoholic beverages. Bacchus Bartending reserves the right to decline matters not stated on this agenda. Client may not bring in bartenders or additional inventory. BARTENDING SERVICES: Bacchus Bartending personnel will wear proper attire including tuxedo shirt and vest. Bacchus Bartending is an insured British Columbia limited liability company, should the client request additional coverage for insurance purposes Bacchus Bartending shall request proper identification (photo ID) of any person of questionable age, and refuse alcoholic beverage service if the person is either under age or proper identification cannot be produced. Bacchus Bartending will refuse alcoholic beverage to any person who appears intoxicated. Bacchus Bartending reserves the right to refuse and forbid requested service or arrangements as being impermissible on the grounds of safety, security or similar concerns. No straight shots, Long Island Ice Teas are served. Bacchus Bartending reserves the right to halt services at any time if their personnel, equipment or the inventory are threatened with personal injury, destruction of our personal property, sexual advances or innuendo, overt or subversive behavior of guests, communication breakdown or any form of mischeif or conduct unbecoming rational, premeditated behavior. In short, if abuses are reported regardings our personnel or property, service shall halt immediately. Bacchus Bartending reserves the right to issue refunds at their discretion in satisfaction of all disputes. Bacchus Bartending reserves the right to create marketing/promotional property at the event (photographs, video, sound capture) and utilize them for promotional purposes at their discretion. Bacchus reserves the right to place a tip container at any event. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY: Control of invitees and others is responsibility of client. Client will be responsible for prohibiting invitees and others from bringing alcohol on site. Client will be responsible for prohibiting attempts at selfservice of alcoholic drinks. Client will be responsible for removing invitees and others from the premises for any action or behavior deemed contrary to the terms of this contract by Bacchus Bartending. Client will be responsible for insuring that invitees and others abide by State liquor laws. Client must purchase and supply all liquor, beer, wine, and champagne, soft drinks and other non-alcoholic drinks. Bacchus Bartending is not responsible for any arrangement made for the amount ordered and delivery or pick up after event. Bacchus Bartending will not be responsible for any alcohol left on premises before or after the event. HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE: Since this is a private event held by the client and not open to the general public, client understands that a 24-hour liability rider on its homeowner’s policy is recommended. Client is responsible for actions of all invitees and others, and any legal ramifications resulting from their behavior. WAIVER OF LIABILITY: It is understood that client will conduct the function in an orderly manner, in full compliance with all State laws, ordinances and regulations. Client agrees to irrevocably and unconditionally defend, indemnify and hold harmless Bacchus Bartending, it’s owners, employees and contractors from liability
