About The Crescent
The Crescent has been a national treasure in Valdosta, Georgia, for more than 100 years. Owned and operated by the The Garden Center of Valdosta, Inc., the Crescent is a lovely and elegant venue for Weddings, Receptions, Family Reunions, Business and Club Meetings, and other special events in a historical setting. The formal gardens have a small chapel and are ideal for outdoor or intimate weddings. The large Reception Hall is adjacent to the Gardens and the Crescent.

This place was truly amazing. The house in a very old southern mansion close to downtown Valdosta. The Crescent is the oldest building in Valdosta. The house is huge. There is plenty of room for guests. The front yard has beautiful water oak trees with hanging spanish moss. There is also a garden that has a spectacular fountain. The garden always seems to be in bloom no matter what time of the year. If you are looking for a truly amazing wedding experience please go here. My wife picked this place for us and she could not have been more happy. Made the honey moon much more enjoyable.
