* Seating for ceremony. Includes setting up and breaking down the arch, chairs and benches.

* Choice of the area between the building or the vineyard for ceremony.
* Covered backup area for ceremony in case of bad weather.
* Use of Bridal Suite for the bridal party to get ready.
* Access to the venues on the day before the event for decorating and rehearsal.
* Exclusive. No other wedding will be booked on the weekend of your wedding.

Seating Capacity: 70 - There are eight 5-ft. round tables and four 6-ft. rectangular tables available inside and 70 black chairs. There are 6 large round tables on the deck and plastic chairs to go with them.
Basic Rent: $550 per day. Basic rent is for the use of the building, tables, and chairs.

Seating Capacity: 50- There are 7 round tables inside that can seat up to 6 people with several smaller tables to the side. A long buffet table is located alone the left wall. There is a covered area outside beside the bocce count with 8 small square tables for additional seating.
