First Payment (Deposit) - 30% of the venue rental package / non-refundable, non-transferable
Second Payment - 30% of the venue rental package fee is due 180 days prior to date of event
Final Payment - The balance of the total amount of the event, including all applicable taxes is due 30 days prior to date of event.
All cheques required at signing.

The venue rental price is including below:
- Full use of the venue, including picturesque locations for your photography needs from 6 PM to ~ 1 AM
- Exclusive use of the entire venue area, this includes the use of our chalet, patio, and outdoor space
- Capacity maximum 200 people
- All of the required amenities, tables, Chiavari chairs, linens, are included at no extra cost
- Tent with window walls, lighting
- Venue coordinator on site to assist in any needs related to the property and the responsibilities of the property during your event
- 180 parking spaces available for you and your guests

**If the alcohol is involved in the party, client will have to have their own SOP (it can be obtained from LCBO) and PAL insurance.**
The bartenders and servers are including in the caterer prices. Please confirm with Pilar when you contact our in-house-caterer.
The venue rental includes both the outdoor space and the Chalet and catering.
Reception includes the following:
§ Full use of the venue, including picturesque locations for your photography needs from 10 AM to ~ 1 AM
§ Exclusive use of the entire venue area, this includes the use of our chalet, patio, and outdoor space
§ Capacity maximum 200 people
§ All of the required amenities, tables, Chiavari chairs, linens, are included at no extra cost
§ Tent with window walls, lighting, and 18x20 dance floor
§ Venue coordinator on site to assist in any needs related to the property and the responsibilities of the property during your event
§ Full use of the bridal suite before the ceremony and during the reception
§ Professional in-house-DJ service
§ 180 parking spaces available for you and your guests
Ceremony includes the following:
White resin folding chairs ($7/ Additional chair beyond 200 chairs)
§ Ceremony arch will be provided for you to use and decorate the way you want
§ 1.5 hours of rehearsal time, which could be booked with our venue coordinator

- Wagon rides for your guests $350 / 2 H or $450 / 3 H
