Miss Mixology Bartending Service Packages
Licensed and insured bar tending company. All packages in include the bartender(s), all tools/equipment needed for the specific event (including garnishes), and customized menu planning. These packages do not have alcohol included. Alcohol can be included upon request. These orders are customized to the client and prices can be offered after consultation.

RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE BARTENDER: I, Lindsay LaFoy, sole owner of MISS Mixology, affirm that I and my employees know the state and local laws concerning the sale of alcoholic beverages and shall follow the applicable liquor laws. I and my employees shall follow measures to ensure that only persons of legal drinking age are served alcoholic beverages. Guests who appear to be underage may be asked to provide valid ID. I shall also exercise discretion in serving alcoholic beverages to guests. I reserve the right to refuse to serve alcoholic beverages to any guest if I believe that such guest is intoxicated and/or acting in a manner that could be detrimental to himself/herself or other guests. MISS Mixology and employees of are not liable for the host nor any of the guests. I will prepare all necessary cocktail items, garnish, and stock items. I will provide the necessary tools, i.e. wine key, bottle opener, pourers,ect.
PAYMENT: The client agrees to pay MISS Mixology, in consideration of the services contracted for. Payment shall be made in full at time of service via cash, check, or credit card. Security Deposit to reserve the date is due within 7 days of reservation. Date will not be held without security deposit. Security deposit is nonrefundable.
Any services requested during time of service that exceed the contracted time period and which are granted by MISS Mixology Services will be charged a rate of $35/hour for bartender and $25/hour for server. It may not always be possible to provide additional bartending/serving time. Requests for additional bartending/serving time will be accommodated only when feasible.
In addition to any other right or remedy provided by law, if above client fails to pay for MISS Mixology services when due, MISS Mixology has the right to treat such failure of pay as a material breach of this Contract, and may cancel this Contract and/or seek legal remedies.
CANCELLATION POLICY: . Cancellation of this Contract by the client which is received in writing more than 10 days prior to the event will result in full refund of any monies paid. Cancellation of any Services less than 10 days prior to the event obligates the client to pay 50% of estimated cost. If cancellation is initiated by MISS Mixology Services, all monies paid to MISS Mixology Services from the client shall be fully refunded. Any refund shall be paid out by month’s end.
