21 + Venue Banquet Hall The Lodge at Marlboro is the perfect facility for any type of family events such as weddings, wedding receptions, birthday parties, bridal showers, and retirement parties. The Banquet Hall is a 40 ft x 80 ft banquet sized room decorated beautifully with hardwood floors, drapes and wall coverings. The banquet hall opens out onto an outdoor balcony overlooking the wooded property. For larger parties an adjacent room is available to accommodate the additional tables for refreshments. Seating will accommodate 200 people comfortably. All food and beverages (with the exception of cake) must be purchased from the facility at The Lodge at Marlboro or through the preferred caterer. A $200.00 security deposit is required at the time the contract is signed to reserve the event date. Payment is accepted as cash, money order or certified check.
