A $1000 partially-refundable deposit and signed contract is required to reserve your event dates (a $350 cleaning fee is taken out of your deposit) We charge a $350 facility cleaning fee for all events (taken out of your deposit) We offer a $250 discount on full weekend weddings for local couples from the following counties: Greene, Morgan, Oglethorpe, Putnam, Taliaferro, and Wilkes Hourly rates are available for smaller events such as bridal showers, birthday parties, and family reunions In the contract, you will find more details about hosting events at The Corry House such as check-in and check-out times, vendors, payment policy, and other rules and regulations.
