Please contact our office for our full terms. All estimates are subject to availability. Changes or date transfers are subject to availability. Bookings are confirmed with a signed Rental Agreement and a 25% deposit at the time of signing to secure the unit for your event date(s). The total balance is due in full before the event. We gladly accept payment plans. Placement Requirements: 1. Units require a site location as level as possible composed of compacted soil or solid surface. 2. A site location shall be chosen that's free & clear of any obstructions (overhanging limbs, shrubs, fencing, power lines, etc). 3. Ample space is required for the driver, truck, & trailer to safely access site location as well as to be able to install/breakdown unit before & after the event. Power/Water Requirements: Minimum of (1) 110 volt/20 amp, 3 prong dedicated electrical receptacle located within 75ft of the restroom & a water spigot so that a garden hose can be connected & supplied water. **Additional electrical receptacles are required for hot water & use of in stall heaters.
