Meeting Space: The Group agrees to occupy the space outlined on the Banquet Event Order. All Food and Beverage items are subject to 6% state sales tax and all charged items are subject to a 20% Banquet Service charge. Contract Rules and Guidelines as well as Credit Card Authorization Form must accompany this agreement to be valid. If the hotel does not receive a signed agreement by the date listed below along with valid form of payment, the hotel will not be responsible for the function and may confirm other bookings for that date, time and space. If this contract is correct and the terms and conditions are acceptable, please sign and return via fax or email to confirm no later than «DECISION».
Room Set Up: The Group agrees to the room set-up outlined on the Banquet Event Order. Third parties will not be allowed to make last minute changes without prior approval from the meeting planner and a Hotel manager. Changes that affect the entire room will result in a one-time fee applied to the final bill (a minimum $100.00). No glitter or confetti is allowed, doing so may result in a cleanup fee of a minimum $100.00.
Food & Beverages: The group realizes that the hotel has in-house catering for food and beverages, and group agrees to utilize the hotel’s catering services. Group must obtain prior approval from hotel before any special consideration may be agreed upon by hotel to allow the group to bring in any food or non-alcoholic beverages from outside sources. If hotel agrees to allow any outside food/beverages, there will a onetime fee of $100. A 30% additional charge per person will apply to any new orders or if Guarantee Number increase more than 5 attendees within 72 hours (3 business days) of the event. If no guarantee is given, Hotel will make a reasonable decision on number of attendees for meals and/or break packages and the client will be charged for that number. The Group agrees to provide the Hotel with final guest count no later than 1 week prior to the meeting and will be billed for the guaranteed number given.
Cancellation Policy: The Group may cancel or reschedule without penalty if written notice is given to the Hotel at least 14 days prior to the event. If the Group cancels less than 14 days prior, then the Group will be billed full price for all anticipated Group revenue. A credit towards future events may be considered. Hotel reserves the right to cancel any Group or event
Payment: The Group agrees to provide a method of payment to guarantee the meeting room and all other applicable charges. This includes either a direct bill account (in good standing) or a major credit card. All credit card payments must be accompanied by a credit card authorization form.
Acts of God: The performance of this agreement by either party is subject to acts of God, government authority, disaster, strikes, civil disorders, or other emergencies, any of which make it impossible to provide the facilities and/or services for your meeting.
Limitation of liability: Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this agreement or under applicable law, in any arbitration, lawsuit, legal action or proceeding between the parties arising from or relating to this agreement or the hotel, you unconditionally and irrevocably waive and disclaim to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law all rights to any special, indirect, consequential, punitive, exemplary, statutory or multiple of damages (such as treble damages), including, without limitation, loss of: profits, business, reputation, goodwill, or operational time, even if McNeill or the Hotel has been advised of the possibility of such damages, and you acknowledge and agree that the rights and remedies in this agreement will be adequate in all circumstances for any claims that you might have with respect thereto. Under no circumstances will the liability of McNeill or the Hotel exceed, in the aggregate, the fee actually paid to McNeill or the Hotel, and you acknow

This is our largest room at approx. 1,700 sq. ft. It can accommodate up to 100 people with round tables, or 130 people with theatre set up. This is an all-day rental fee, and it does come with the set up.
