Guest may cancel meeting room and all related services one week prior to the event without penalty. Any cancellations after this time are subject to a cancellation fee of 100%. Please return signed contract by DATE to confirm this booking. If the hotel does not receive the signed contract by this date, the hotel will release all space and may confirm other bookings for that day, time and space. Outside food & beverage is prohibited unless agreed upon by the Sales Manager on property. Please contact your Sales Manager for your catering needs. Hotel reserves right to charge credit card on file a $50.00 deep cleaning fee if room is not left in reasonable condition after event. Service charge includes reasonable cleanup for event. Examples of deep cleaning necessity include, but are not limited to, food ground into carpet, juice, coffee or punch spilled on carpet, excessive trash or anything that could permanently damage the condition of Conference Room including, but not limited to, carpet, chairs, windows, walls, tables, linens and counter/cupboards. Items that are prohibited from the meeting space is glitter, confetti, red Jell-O, and red juices. Applicable taxes and a 20% service fee will be added to your total bill.
