Securing your reservation: A 50% deposit is due to secure an event, in the form of credit card, cashier’s checks, or cash upon receipt of the contract. Guaranteed Guest Attendance must be confirmed no later than 14 business day. If attendance is below guaranteed number after that date. The Client will be charged for the guaranteed number. Remaining balance is due 14 days before the event date. If the payment did not received 14 days before the event the balance will be automatically charge to the credit card. All prices are subject to a 18% service charge and 7.75% sales tax. Tipping is not mandatory. Cancellation Policy: You can cancel and waived the contract If you submit a cancelation request letter 30 days after the deposit made but there is 25% liquidation damage charge. Deposit is not refundable If the cancellation made 30 days prior to the event date as a liquidation damage. Set-up and Time rules: 3 hour set-up and 2 hours cleaning time plus 4 hours service included in every package. In the event that the service need to be extended the additional fee of $75.00 per hour must be apply.
