Terms and Conditions

Deposits/Cancellations: To secure your function, an estimate must be approved, and a deposit payment must be received. Private rooms or restaurant buyouts booked between December 5th – December 23rd (Holiday Season) must be canceled at least 21 days before the event date to receive a full deposit refund. A cancellation made within 8 - 20 days would receive a Bar Louie Gift Card for the full deposit amount. Events canceled 7 or less days before the scheduled event date would result in forfeiture of the deposit. Sales Minimum: Each reservation for groups of 20 or more is assigned a “Minimum Spend Requirement” based on the day of the week, arrival time, number of guests, and meal request. The sales minimum represents the minimum dollars that must be spent to secure the function room(s), section or Buy Out. If the sales minimum is not met, then a room rental charge will be added to the final bill. Only Bar Louie food, beverage and in-house audio-visual sales are applied toward the sales minimum; taxes, event fees, staff gratuity, and any other items do not apply. Staff Gratuity: Food, beverages, and other services provided by Bar Louie will be subject to state and local taxes along with a 20% staff gratuity. Additional gratuity is at your discretion and is appreciated. 100% of the staff gratuity will be distributed to the service staff working at your event. Final Menu Selections: The final food and beverage package must be finalized at least 14 days prior to your event day or within 24 hours of securing a booking with a deposit; otherwise, the food and beverage items listed on the contract/invoice will be considered your final menu selections. You will be charged for the actual food and beverage items or in case the group package exceeds the contracted package. Food Allergies: We are not a gluten-free, shellfish-free establishment so there is a chance food item(s) will come in contact with gluten or shellfish. We do have the ability to modify some of our existing menu items. This modification might work for your guest, depending on their dietary restriction. Guests should speak with a Manager for full details on allergies and modifications. Please feel free to call and discuss this with your Sales Manager or Location Manager, and/or let us know if you have several members or your group with dietary restrictions. Guarantee: The final guaranteed number of guests must be received by Bar Louie via email seven business days prior to your function date; otherwise, the guest count listed on the contract/invoice will be considered your guarantee. You will be charged for the actual guest count in case it exceeds your guaranteed number. Final Payment: Bar Louie will collect payment for your remaining balance on the date of your event with cash or a valid credit card. If a payment card will not be present, full package payment must be secured before the start of the event through a Bar Louie-provided payment link. **More details will be included with the invoice and/or contract.
