Terms and Conditions
Client Responsibilities
- Setup and Cleanup:
- Client may begin setup at two hours before event and must complete cleanup two hours after event.
- The Venue must be returned to its original condition; additional cleaning fees may apply.
- Decorations:
- Decorations must be approved by the Venue. No nails, staples, or damaging adhesives are allowed.
- Alcohol and Catering:
- If serving alcohol, Client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits and ensuring compliance with laws.
- Catering services must be coordinated with the Venue or approved in advance.
- Client Cancellation:
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the event will receive a refund of any payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event will forfeit all payments made.
- Venue Cancellation:
- The Venue reserves the right to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters) and will issue a full refund.
- Liability:
- The Venue is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage to Client or guests during the event.
- Damages:
- Client assumes responsibility for any damages caused by themselves or their guests. Repair costs will be billed to the Client.
- Compliance with Laws:
- The Client agrees to comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, and Venue rules during the event.
- Indemnification:
- Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Venue harmless from any claims arising from the event.
