Terms and Conditions: 1. Booking Confirmation: A booking fee of 50% of the venue rental is required to secure the date. 2. Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $100 is due two weeks before the event. 3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 13 days before the event will result in a loss of fees paid. 4.Cancellations made up to 14 days before the event with a written notice will result in a refund of fees paid less 25%. Notes: All space rentals include access to basic amenities such as restrooms and parking. Rental equipment is available upon request. Prices are subject to change based on specific requirements.
