R & L Event Venue is designed to provide a space that will accommodate a small event from baby showers and wedding receptions to business meetings. If you are looking for an intimate space to host that special memorable event then this is the right place for you. Our space provides cleanliness and comfort which allows you to enjoy that special occasion with friends and family or with business associates and/or coworkers.
Terms and Conditions:
1. Booking Confirmation:
A booking fee of 50% of the venue rental is required to secure the date.
2. Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of $100 is due two weeks before the event.
3. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made less than 13 days before the event will result in a loss of fees paid.
4.Cancellations made up to 14 days before the event with a written notice will result in a refund of fees paid less 25%.
Notes:
All space rentals include access to basic amenities such as restrooms and parking.
Rental equipment is available upon request.
