- Variable Lighting
- Kitchen Facility with conventional ice maker, frozen drink machine, access to chafing dishes
- Ample On-Site Parking
- Theater Grade Sound system with technician (additional $150)
Rental Fees:
- $200 Deposit to Hold the Date ($100 is returned when hall is left clean)
- $150 Security Required for certain events, case by case basis

Rules & Policies:
- No outside alcoholic beverages allowed. Bartender and cash bar available upon request
- No candles or burning objects
- Garbage must be left by back (north) door
- Facility must be cleaned at the end of event
- Please help us protect our rare hard wood dance floor.
- When decorating, do not drill or nail in ceiling, walls or floors.
- Do not remove any Post property from venue
- No illegal activities will be tolerated.
