Unlimited email communication leading up to the wedding
One hour meeting to review decoration placement, room layout and timeline
Onsite for 3 hours of setup service to include table centerpieces, wedding favors, candles, aisle runners, unity candle table, sweetheart table, cake cutting items, table numbers, menus, escort cards, programs, champagne flutes, chalkboard or other signage, props for photo booth, yard games & other items as required
Includes setup for tables and chairs for less than 30 guests (otherwise will coordinate with venue or Groomsmen to execute)

Access to email templates to copy/paste to the bridal party for: (1) initial introductions, (2) bridal shower coordination, (3) bachelorette party coordination, (4) bachelorette party itinerary
Two (2) 1-hour coordination phone session to plan, brainstorm, vent and prep for MOH deliverables
Proof-read and edit the MOH speech
Help practice and improve MOH speech delivery
Collaborate on planning the bridal and/or bachelorette party
Unlimited email support for pop-up issues and planning

Immediate access to online client portal, featuring planning tools such as: budget tracking, day-of timeline creation, RSVP and meal selection tracking, comprehensive to-do checklist, design/inspo studio, layout and seating charts, wedding website. Ability to add Planning Partners to assign out tasks (groom, mom, sister, bridesmaids)
Two (2) 1-hour pre-wedding coordination phone or in-person sessions
Vendor referrals as needed
Attendance and coordination of the rehearsal
Collaborate on detailed day-of timeline of events
