Book your special day at Davesté Vineyards! Our beautiful facilities and grounds provide the perfect setting for any type of wedding, from large and elaborate too small and intimate.
Our Tasting Room, with its vaulted open beam frame construction, is perfect for receptions or rehearsals. And our new venue, The Pavilion, overlooks a tranquil pond and waterfall, providing a serene and natural setting for your ceremony. There are also numerous photo opportunities on our property, from the vineyard to the rolling hills and the pond and waterfall.
Wedding Rental:
• Pricing ranges for a private rental from start of client event until the end and is priced per hour, with a minimum 4-hour rental. This is for the ceremony and reception and is $600.00 per hour.
• No charge for set up time day of event.
• Rental Fee starts 30 min before start time till client if off site.
• Facility is available for booking during the weekdays.
For groups of 10 or more, we require the use of our on-site catering services provided by Davesté Kitchen and Flock Custom Catering
The Pavilion:
• Our 1500 square foot rustic Pavilion, overlooking a peaceful pond and waterfall, is complete with a porch, patio, and fireplace. Optional clear protective weather panels make the Pavilion a perfect venue for any event throughout the year, rain, or shine.
• Guests have access to full restroom facilities for both men and women at the Pavilion.
• Under the Pavilion, up to 110 guests may be seated comfortably at round or rectangular style banquet tables (tables and chairs are provided at no additional charge), or they can mingle and enjoy the surroundings.
• The concrete pad adjacent to the Pavilion provides space for seating up to 80 more guests (additional tables, chairs and tents for the patio area are available for a fee).
Our rental package for 2022 includes:
• Under the Pavilion, up to 110 guests may be seated comfortably at round or rectangular style banquet tables. Tables and chairs are provided at no additional charge for the Pavilion covered area.
• Tables supplied by Davesté as of 2021 rental agreement.
• (12) - 5-foot round tables 60 inches, seats 8 people, total seating 96 people.
• (6) - 6-foot tables 72x30, seats 8 people, additional seating 48 people
• (6) - 8-foot tables 96x30, seats 10 people, additional seating 80 people
• (1) - 4-foot table 48x24, cake or present table.
• (20)- 4 top bistro tables seats 4 people.
• 200 black chairs.
• The concrete pad adjacent to the Pavilion provides space for seating up to 80 more guests. Rental of additional tables, chairs and linen are available for a fee.
• Reception Floor plan Tables and Chairs will be set up by Davesté day of event according to clients approved floor plan.
• Bridal Loft for Hair and Makeup.
• Rental of the Pavilion also includes Davesté Attendants for Beverage service (an additional attendant’s fee may be required for larger groups).
• Rental of Davesté' Vineyard wine glasses included in rental fee.
• Pergola area include in rental of Pavilion. Ceremony chairs not included in rental.
• 15% discount on Davesté wine & Craft Beer.

RESERVATION POLICIES
Reservation Deposit and Payment Schedule:
a. A $250 reservation deposit is required to secure the rental of the facility. This deposit is non-refundable but will be applied to the remaining balance due on the total package price.
b. A payment of 50% of the total cost of the facility rental is due halfway through the calendar year of the Date of event.
c. If agreed upon by Management and Client, the Payments can be broken up into Quarterly or monthly installments.
d. The balance of the total event package price, including any miscellaneous fees, is due 30 days prior to the event.
Cancellation Policy:
a. The $250 reservation deposit is non-refundable regardless of the reason for the cancellation.
b. If the event is canceled by Client more than 120 days prior to the event, all amounts paid to Davesté Vineyards less the $250 reservation deposit will be returned to Client.
c. If the event is canceled by Client 90-120 days prior to the date of the event, unless the facility is re-let, Client is responsible for 50% of all charges (less the $250 non-refundable reservation deposit).
d. If the event is canceled by Client 22 to 89 days prior to the date of the event, unless the facility is re-set, Client is responsible for 75% of all charges (less the $250 non-refundable reservation deposit)
e. If the event is canceled by Client 21 days or fewer prior to the date of the event, unless the facility is re-let, Client is responsible for 100% of all charges (less the $250 non-refundable reservation deposit).
Damage and Clean-up Policy:
a. A credit card number will be maintained on file for any outstanding dues or damages.
b. Facility inspection will be made within twenty-four (24) hours after the event and in all cases prior to the next scheduled event.
c. Any damages occurring to the property of Davesté Vineyards by client, guest, caterer or other service provider or any extra cost incurred by Davesté Vineyards for clean-up will be charged to the credit card on file.
Final Head Count:
a. Final head count must be submitted to Daveste’ Vineyards no later than 30 days prior to the event.
Total Cost:
a. Total cost is subject to change due to additional Client requests prior to and on the day of the event.
By signing this contract, the Client agrees to the above Reservation Policies and will be held responsible for any damages or additional costs incurred during the event.
