Stunning facility, exceptional team - An Eventective User from Traverse City, Michigan

The Kirkbride Hall is an exquisite location to have an event. Towering windows open up on the Traverse City Commons Grounds below, with just enough stained glass to glitter. While the room is a wonderfully restored historic chapel, with Cathedral-level vaulted ceilings, the support areas, like the kitchen are updated and roomy. The most wonderful part of working with the Kirkbride Hall is the professional team available to help. The team is attentive, forward thinking and service oriented. Chelsea has so much experience, she can offer creative solutions, and tested options for any challenge you throw her way. The team is organized, flexible and has resources to available to accomplish whatever you need. It is a true joy to work with Kirkbride Hall.

We live in Canada but needed to plan an event in Traverse City for a large group of people from different parts of the U.S. including the French General Consul. Chelsea and her group were amazing. Everything we requested was provided and more. Kirkbride Hall is spectacular and the sound, projection equipment and seating, etc. is top tier. GREAT Place to have an Event! - An Eventective User from Traverse City, MI

We needed a large but intimate space for the presentation of the French Legion of Honor medal to a WWII veteran. Kirkbride was the perfect setting, historical in its own right! The staff was super easy to work with and had no problem meeting our various special requirements. The only thing that would make the Kirkbride space better would be a raised podium in front to make viewing easier in the back. Otherwise, the space is perfect.

In February 2023 we hosted a regional CEO/business owner peer network all-day event at Kirkbride Hall. The room is amazing and awe-inspiring (big windows = big thinking) and Chelsea was an absolute joy to work with. Transparent and competitive pricing, quick responses to prep and day-of questions, and contributed a lot to our planning with thinking through different arrangement options. The group loved it and will be hosting here again in the future.

Kirkbride Hall is a FABULOUS venue - An Eventective User

Our 1920’s themed event was a huge success thanks, in part, to Chelsea who was very accommodating. The venue itself is simply gorgeous and allowed us the option to have our event catered or to bring in our own food and beverages which was a very nice option! I highly recommend using Kirkbride Hall for any event.
