A consultation is done on-site free of charge. The client receives a proposal detailing the design and costs. Once the proposal is signed off on, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining 50% is due the day of the event.

Refunds of deposit are made 100% if event is canceled within 30 days of the event.
Cancellations within 2 weeks of the event, 50% of the deposit is returned.
Should the event be canceled less than 24 hours of the start time, including due to inclement weather, payment in full is required.
