Pricing for events varies based upon the number of attendees, the amount of time that you’re here, and how much of the venue you are using. Any event starts at $500 for three hours and then there’s cost for additional time if you have a particularly small group using very little of the venue we can make adjustments on fees on a case by case basis. Weddings can range from a three hour pop-up wedding up to a two full day wedding. The price is there may range from $1000-$5800 again depending upon the variables. If you have other vendors’such as caterers, DJ, bartenders, you will pay them directly, typically in cash. In order to reserve your date and have it confirmed, you’re required to pay a down payment that counts toward your total fee. There is also a security deposit of $250-$500 depending on the type of event that is not cashed unless we have to, which would only be if there’s damages or things that need to be fixed up. You are required to have a Event insurance policy that covers all of us. Pop up weddings: Starting $1200. 2-3 hours, limited to 25 guests, we set up and minimal decorating. includes arbor, champagne toast for couple, small cake or cupcakes, officiant, 1 staff. Wedding packages: 1 day: usually noon to 10pm. Starts $1800. includes barn, 1 staff member, use of arbor, tables and chairs up to 130 guests, 1 parking attendant. Extra fees for outdoor ceremony, use of Shelter, certified bartender, more staff for set up/clean up/parking, wedding coordinator, decorator. Wedding package: 2 day. #1 noon to 10pm, #2 noon-11pm. Starts $3200. Extra fees for same extra amenities listed above for 1 day package.
