The space is a tattoo shop. We are offering a bulk flat rate for 2 hours of tattooing on as many people that we accommodate within those 2 hours. We cannot allow drinking or drugs, but there are plenty of restaurants near by for dining and drinking. This is for special events like Pre/Post wedding, Celebration of life memorial tattoos, Birthdays or anniversaries.
