I travel to your venue location anywhere in Ontario. This package includes an initial connection by phone, email or remote platform. In person meet can also be requested if local. Your consultation will be to learn about you as a couple and your vision and to answer any questions regarding the licensing, the ceremony, general wedding information and my services. This package is focused on all about you and your choices in having a fully personalized ceremony. After couples secure my services with a deposit, I create a password and username to access a member only website. The website has several sources of information and options for couples to choose from. This includes some wording for your vow and ring exchange choices or to add readings or poetry or to incorporate a tradition or a theme or small celebration like a candle, rose or sand element within the ceremony. If you choose to write your own vows, I also assist couples with some tips and samples. I prepare a sample including the ceremony order so that couples are aware and know what to expect on their special day. I also coach and support couples so that on their special day they are confident just to relax and enjoy such a special celebration of their love. After the ceremony I file your license with the ministry. At any point couples can reach out to me to ask questions. Additional travel fee (may) apply. Must have valid marriage license to bring to the ceremony. Must have 2 witnesses over the age of 18. A 50% deposit is required with a booking registration to engage my services and to hold date. Any bookings that are less 30 days from the date of the ceremony, will require payment in full to hold the date. $400 pricing is based on a CURRENT PROMO.

Rehearsal at location is an additional cost. (only if couple requests a rehearsal) Pre- ceremony short google or zoom meet at no charge. Couples who would like to have a rehearsal at the actual location, can make a request no later than 3 months prior to the ceremony date. An additional cost for time and travel will apply depending on the location. A rehearsal at the actual location is optional.
This package is available to couples looking for a shorter more intimate ceremony with a smaller guest count of family and friends who mean the most. I travel to your location to officiate a short, lovely ceremony whether you plan to have it hosted at a home, backyard, your favourite restaurant, a park, pop up location or a chosen wedding venue. The ceremony will be prepared by me and couples will have the choice of a few prepared vows and ring exchange options based the couples feedback at the first initial meet in discussing your vision. Your ceremony can be either religious or non-religious and I ensure that all the legal requirements are present. Prior to the ceremony, I prepare a sample including the ceremony order so that couples are aware and know what to expect on their special day. After the ceremony, I file the marriage license with the ministry.

Couples who would like to have a rehearsal at the actual location, must request no later than 3 months prior to the ceremony date. I am happy to travel to your venue location anywhere in Ontario. If you don't have a location, I currently have 3 pop up locations in either downtown Toronto, St. Catharines or Niagara on the Lake. All of these locations offer couples looking to elope or to have a small and intimate short ceremony. Each location can facilitate a smaller guest count (max 20ppl) or the option of just having two witnesses attend with the couple for a short ceremony with signing. The short ceremony and signing is offered at a more reduced rate. In all cases included, initial meeting ~ help couple with putting together a short personalized ceremony~ officiate on the specific wedding/ceremony day and time ~ filing marriage licence with the ministry after the ceremony. This package includes a short wedding ceremony with your chosen two witnesses in the suite. After the ceremony the couple can stay in the beautifully decorated downtown Toronto suite overnight and enjoy the convenience of shopping, dining, entertainment, attractions or site seeing just steps away. This prime downtown location has a lot to offer. A la cart add-ons $ available in the suite with the one night stay and ceremony. (Please inquire). 2 night stay option is also available. Please note additional persons/guests are not permitted, nor to stay overnight. Included in this package is an officiate for the ceremony on the specific wedding/ceremony day and time the room is booked.
