About Mel's Café Toronto
Mel’s Café brings Toronto a smooth-black, 12h-brewed cold brew coffee with a taste of home. Born from Melany and Aaron’s shared passion for coffee and culinary arts, we launched with weekend pop-ups in Spring 2024—winning fans and local love from influencers and community bloggers who came to try our signature craft cold brew coffee.
We prioritize sustainability by sourcing our coffee beans locally, supporting Toronto-based roasters, creating an artisanal, premium product. With in-house ingredient production and a commitment to natural, high-quality ingredients, we minimize our environmental impact while supporting local economies. Our cold brew is subtly sweetened with less than 1g of brown sugar per 8oz bottle and accented with a touch of citrus for a smooth, balanced, and sophisticated flavour.
Mel's cold brew is crafted to be convenient, sustainable, and customizable at home. It's dairy-free and bottled in reusable glass jars—perfect for adding your own milk or cream, sweetener, or sipping black, just the way you like it.
