Terms and Conditions

Please read the terms and conditions prior to booking your event. Payment of deposit affirms your acceptance of the terms and conditions. Reservation and Event Facilitation - Payment must be from a single source. We recommend the booking party to organize payments between themselves and their guests. - The card used for booking will be held on file for subsequent adjustments if needed. - Participants need to arrive on time to check-in and begin training. - Participants must be a minimum of 8 years of age. Parent/guardian supervision is required for participants under the age of 12. Catering It is up to the booking group and their guests to clean up the event facility before leaving. No decorations are allowed inside the VR facility. If the event facility is not returned back to its original condition, then a cleaning fee of $100 will apply. Equipment Usage Our waiver, training video, and VR Attendants will thoroughly explain safety measures for you and your guests to take to prevent equipment damages. It is your and your guests' responsibility to ensure they are always in control of the equipment. Should you or your guests be found negligent of the safety measures put in place, the card on file will be charged for damaged equipment. Private Event - 2 Hour Event If you cancel or reschedule: - 30 days or more prior to the event date: 95% of the paid amount will be refunded - 15 to 29 days prior to the event date: an account credit for 90%, or a refund of 75% of the paid amount will be issued - 3 to 14 days prior to the event date: an account credit for 80%, or a refund of 50% of the paid amount will be issued - Within 2 days of the event date: an account credit for 50%
