Already in use by a web design company, health popup store, and as photo studio with different schedules. Popup Store can be full store or a vendor, Full Store: $300 per day or $999 per week. Quarter of store: $100 per day or negotiable if you need small space. Event space can accommodate up to 30 people seated Projectors in Both Rooms and lots of presentation tools (white boards, drawing tools with digital display) Can broadcast the speaker to the second room so everyone can see and hear the person talking. Windows, Mac and Chrome Laptop Available to use for Presentations 2 Tablets Available for Sign in / Surveys etc. Ethernet and WiFi with multiple access points for fast internet access 2 Wireless Microphones and Loud Speaker with Calibrated Surround Sound (Immerse everyone in your presentation with Full Range 3D Sound) Parking included for a City Cab Truck in the back for easier unloading and loading. This included parking spot can be used for organizer parking instead. Another parking spot available for Organizer or Special Guest. ($20 per day).
