Welcome to Black Executive Chauffeurs. By booking our event transportation services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. 1. Booking and Reservation 1.1 All bookings must be made in advance through our website, email, or phone. 1.2 A deposit may be required to confirm your reservation. Full payment is due before the service date. 1.3 Any changes to your booking must be communicated at least 48 hours before the scheduled service. 2. Cancellation and Refund Policy 2.1 Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund. 2.2 Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount. 2.3 No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service. 3. Service Guarantee 3.1 We strive to provide timely and professional transportation services. However, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic, weather conditions, or mechanical issues. 3.2 In the unlikely event of a vehicle breakdown, we will make every effort to provide a replacement vehicle. If no replacement is available, a full refund will be issued. 4. Passenger Responsibilities 4.1 Passengers must behave in a respectful and orderly manner. Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers will be charged to the booking party. 4.2 Smoking, drinking alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in our vehicles. 4.3 Passengers must wear seat belts at all times. 5. Chauffeur Responsibilities 5.1 Our chauffeurs are professionally trained and committed to providing a safe and comfortable journey. 5.2 Chauffeurs have the right to terminate the service if passengers engage in illegal or dangerous behavior. 5.3 Chauffeurs will adhere to all traffic laws and regulations. 6. Limitation of Liability 6.1 Black Executive Chauffeurs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. 6.2 Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking. 7. Privacy Policy 7.1 We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during the booking process will only be used to provide the requested services. 7.2 We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. 8. Changes to Terms and Conditions 8.1 Black Executive Chauffeurs reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. 8.2 It is the passenger's responsibility to review the terms and conditions regularly. 9. Governing Law 9.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario. 9.2 Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
