For Beer and/or Wine:
*For up to 75 guests, we require 1 bartender.
For 75-150 guests, we require 2 bartenders.
For 150-200 guests, we require 2 bartenders and recommend 1 bar-back.
For 200+ guests, we require 3 or more bartenders, depending on expected guest count.
For Mixed Drinks (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) and/or a Full Bar:
*For up to 50 guests, we require 1 bartender.
For 50-150 guests, we require 2 bartenders.
For 150-200 guests, we require 2-3 bartenders and recommend 1 bar-back.
For 200+ guests, we require 3+ bartenders and recommend 1+ bar-backs, depending on expected guest count.

Terms and Conditions
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:
Unless a cancellation notice is provided verbally or in writing by a Franny's Bartending staff member,
Franny's Bartending will uphold the client’s event date and provide the requested services.
Should the “Client” choose to cancel or reschedule the event date before services are required, “Client”
will provide Franny’s Bartending with notice no later than 7 days before the “Event Date”. If full amount
owed has not been received before event date, cancellation under 7 days before the event date will result
in a late cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount owed.
Cancellations made prior to 7 days before the event date will result in a 25% charge of the total amount
owed.
If client has paid in full or any amount besides the deposit, prior to 7 days before the event date, upon
cancelling the service, Client will be refunded 75% of the amount that was paid after the deposit.
A 50% surcharge will be assessed for rescheduling the event date when inside the 7 day window from
original event date.
There is no refund for deposits received. There will be no refund once the service has been completed.
Right of Cancellation for Cause or Impossibility: The performance of this agreement is subject to
termination without liability upon the occurrence of any circumstance beyond the control of either party –
such as acts of God, war, government regulations, disaster, strikes (except those involving the party
seeking the protection of this clause), or civil disorder– to the extent that such circumstance makes it
illegal or impossible to provide services.
