The main stage and legendary proscenium have been restored with state-of-the-art sound and light equipment. The fly space contains over forty pull stations; the orchestra pit has a full elevator; and the acoustics allow for near perfect sound dissemination. The hall is beautifully appointed in warm reds, browns, cream and gold and manages to evoke past Victorian splendor within a completely modern, up-to-date performance hall. The concourse many Toledoans remember from the movie palace era, the Historic Lobby retains Victorian features preserved through previous renovations. Victorian details include parts of the original mosaic floor, Corinthian columns, and cornice applications. The focal point of the Historic Lobby is the sweeping Victorian double grand staircase with its marble landing, walnut handrail, wrought iron balustrades, and the intricately coffered ceiling at the top of the stairs.
