The Taproom is typically used for more casual events such as birthday parties, anniversary parties, graduaiton parties, sports related events, etc. This is located on our bottom floor of the clubhouse with a fully stocked bar, (2) 60' TV's and a covered patio that overlooks the scenic Maumee River.
This package is for 5 hours of rental time and includes our basic table linen of either white, black or ivory (size 85 x 85), and linen napkins of white, black, ivory, red, navy blue, bright blue, teal, lemon yellow, and purple. All other colors or sizes are at an additional cost. Rate can be adjusted for time needed less than 5 hours.
Food and Bar packages are separate.
This room is only available from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

The Dining Room is typically used for rehearsal dinners, baby showers, medium sized bridal showers Christmas dinners, Business luncheons, reunions, wakes, medium sized birthday parties, anniversary parties, etc. This room is located on our main floor and is available most days of the week except Tuesday and Friday nights. The attached patio can seat an additional 60 or more guests.

It features a covered balcony boasting a stunning view of the river, his & hers bathrooms, dance floor, and a fully stocked bar.

We cater your menu to fit your need and can either be plated or buffet style. The most common package is our two entrée buffet consisting of a house salad with a choice of two dressings, warm rolls table side, one starch, one vegetable and 2 entree's. The package starts out at $28.50 for the 2 entrée buffet or $31.50 for plated service.
Different salad options, additional starches, additional vegetables, or additional entrees available at an extra charge.

We do not charge for children under the age of 4. Children between the age of 5-12 will be charged a $10.25 meal price. Anyone over 12 years of age will follow the standard food pricing guide.
Service fee of 20% and applicable sales taxes are added to all food packages.
The menu deposit is a separate deposit from the room rental price. Once a package is chosen and a menu has been set, a $500 non-refundable deposit is required, no later than 30 days from the event date. All deposits will be deducted from the amount due at the conclusion of the event.

We are offering a flat rate fee per person to host your holiday party with us this season. No room rent, no bartender fee, no added service fees. This year for 4 hours of time we can offer you a 2 entree buffet for a flat $30/person. The same entree options plated and served is a flat $33/person.
