Terms and Conditions

Client is expected to provide and and all vendor contracts and contact information to planner at the time the contract is signed, as well as the timeline they wish to follow for their event.. Client agrees to respond in a timely fashion to all correspondence from Planner. Client also agrees to assign a trusted individual to be the alternate contact during the contracted event for the purpose of concise execution of the event. Payment for services is due 50% at the time the contract is signed. The remainder will be due 30 days prior to the event. Should our services be cancelled at any time prior to the event, any monies paid to date are non-refundable. Should our services be cancelled after the final payment is due, the full remainder of the contracted amount will be due in full. Should your event be contracted within the 30 day window, payment in full be be due at the time the contract is signed. Planner is not a personal assistant, and will not make recommendations for vendors or venues. Planner is available for other services at an additional cost to Client.
