Originally a part of the historical Featherbone Corset Factory, this elegant and spacious 11,000 sq. ft. venue sits atop the legendary Froehlich's Kitchen and Pantry restaurant. Here, an iconic Midwestern industrial building meets modern decadence and luxury.
This space offers a ground-floor private entrance atrium with a two-story full-glass enclosed stairwell. Atop the stairwell, a tall, refined corridor awaits you, leading to gorgeous, turn-of-the-century 12 ft. mahogany doors that open up to a large ballroom. Original hardwood floors and a spectacularly large and glimmering chandelier provide a rustic opulence that is unmatched elsewhere. Look up and you'll see the exquisite restored tin ceiling, comprised of over 800 artfully patterned tiles. Rental of the space includes handmade harvest tables, gilded wooden Chiavari chairs, white china, silverware, and glassware.
