The outdoor ceremony space overlooks the beautiful hill country set on a grassy lawn with either the barn or the sunset as your backdrop. The 4,500-square-foot barn features an open concept, a chandelier, and wooden beams and looks enchanting decorated with string lights. The barn includes large sliding barn doors on all four sides to allow maximum air flow, big air ceiling fans, two private restrooms, and a catering prep and storage room. The venue can comfortably accommodate up to 200 guests. They allow you to bring in a handpicked team of vendors to customize your event the way you wish and will also provide a list of preferred vendors if you need recommendations. The venue includes many items to complement your wedding atmosphere, as well as items to rent such as decorative furniture, day of coordination and overnight accommodations. In addition, this venue is available to host a variety of wedding-related events, including ceremonies, receptions, bridal showers, engagement parties, elopements, and rehearsal dinners. A 50% deposit and signed contract is required to book a date. Pricing as follows: • $3,500 = Saturdays in March, April, May, September, October and November • $3,000 = Saturdays in January, February, June, July, August, December • $3,000 = Fridays or Sundays in March, April, May, September, October and November • $2,500 = Fridays or Sundays in January, February, June, July, August, December • $1,500 = Monday - Thursday every month
