Terms and Conditions

1/ A 40% retainer is required in advance of the production date, to reserve and confirm the production crew ... by cash or paypal. 2/ Balance of payment is due on approval by the client of the completed video, or, the client takes delivery of any part of the video production in advance of completion. 3/ Should the hours of filming bridge one or more meal periods, the client will arrange prepaid meal(s) and refreshments for the videographer(s) 4/ For those productions requiring a client to supply photos, images, archival videos, etc. as part of the content of the finished video production, those must be supplied in advance of the first film date or within 30 days after the first film date. Should this not occur due to client delays, then the full balance of payment is due for the production. 5/ When advised of the completed video production, an invoice is generated for the balance of the production cost. The client has 30 days to take delivery and pay the balance due. After 30 days, if the client still hasn't taken delivery of the video, the full balance of payment is due.
