Terms and Conditions

Additional hours will be billed at $250 per hour. Studio Four will be the sole professional still photographer employed for the wedding day. Simultaneous photographic coverage by another professional photographer (excluding video), releases Studio Four from this agreement and immediately terminates service coverage. Payment Policy & Expenses A full payment of $999 and any additional hour cost, is paid to reserve the date for the service coverage specified above. An additional 6.5% Florida sales tax will be added to the invoice. Ownership of Images Studio Four will share all copyrights with client and provide a full collection of images on DVD or other medium. Client will be able to post, edit, print and share images at will without needing to display a watermark or copyright notice. Studio Four owns all copyrights for any and all images produced in connection with this agreement. The parties agree that Studio Four may reproduce, publish or exhibit a judicious selection of such photographs as samples of photographic work to be shown to prospective clients and for instructional purposes consistent with the highest standards of taste and judgement. Client agrees to hold Studio Four harmless against any and all claims arising from any published images.
