How many guests can Hillside Farms Accommodate? We are able to accommodate 200 guests comfortably indoors w/ outdoors garden space. All set-up and tear down of chairs, tables and linen are provided by the staff of Hillside Lavender Farms. Parking attendant and garbage service is also provided for guests. How many tables and chairs are provided? * 25- 60" Round tables, 2- 48" Round tables * 3- 8' tables, 6' tables, 4' tables- all with white linen is included. (additional linen options are available to match your colors, pricing will vary) * Premier white resin folding chairs for all guests and extra for outdoor seating. How long is the rental of Hillside Lavender Farms? You have full exclusive time of the farm from 10am to 10pm- we only host one private event on selected dates of availability. We don't offer a bed & breakfast at our farm or over-night accommodations. There are several hotels and lodging minutes from our farm for out of state guests. Are there places to get ready onsite? Two separate cabins are available for all attendants, bathrooms are also included inside the cabin with a full stock of all toiletries provided, along with full length mirrors; full exclusive time from 10am to 10pm for getting ready. What is the insurance requirements? You are required to purchase and maintain Special Event Liability insurance coverage, naming Hillside Lavender Farms as additionally insured for a one million dollar policy. ($1,000,000.00 policy) Check with your insurance agent or purchase through an online vendor such as www.wedsafe.com. If serving any alcohol at your event, you must acquire a Banquet Permit from the State of Washington. *** All alcohol must be served by a licensed bartender. Does Hillside Lavender Farms require to use certain vendors? No, we do have a preferred list of vendors available that we've worked with in previous events available for referral. A licensed caterer with all required food handlers permits and licensing under the Health Department for food catering is required for all private events. Perfect winter wedding venue - An Eventective User from Couer d'Alene, Idaho

Our daughter was married at Hillside Farms on December 30, 2022. The venue is stunning and worked so well for an all indoor winter wedding ceremony and reception. The barn makes for a beautiful backdrop for photos. Multiple guests commented on how lovely the venue and Paul was so friendly and easy to work with! Highly recommend this venue!
