SINGLE DAY RENTAL:
-Set up and break down of ceremony chairs
-Set up and break down of up to 8 cocktail tables with tablecloths
-Set up and break down of Chiavari dining chairs (indoor barn reception)
-Tablecloths (to accommodate up to 250 guest) and application
-Access to our decor closet
-Venue director onsite for 8 hours (beginning 1 hour prior to ceremony) to help direct the ceremony and provide assistance throughout your event.
-1 hour rehearsal to be scheduled Monday through Thursday
Your food and beverage vendors are responsible for providing their linens & clean up for their services, including bussing of all guest tables.
You get to pick your own vendors at no charge, or choose from our preferred vendors. All vendors must be approved by Driscoll. You may bring your own alcohol, but must hire an approved licensed and insured bartender to serve the alcohol.
Pricing:
Saturdays and Holidays (10:00 am to midnight) $7,500
Fridays and Sundays (10:00 am to midnight) $6,500
Monday-Thursday (10:00am to 10:00pm) $5,000
Non-peak- December through March - $1,000 Off
FULL WEDDING WEEKEND:
-Friday at 10:00am and ends Sunday at 3:00pm
-3 day/2 night stay for up to 16 guest in onsite guest home
-Set up and break down of ceremony chairs
-Set up and break down of up to 8 cocktail tables with tablecloths
-Set up and break down of Chiavari chairs and tables
-Tablecloths and application

-Your choice of Greenery wall or Drapery add-on
